EQUIPMENT
– All equipment used is supplied by RFID Race Timing Systems, an Australian company supplying leading timers throughout the world. Different hardware and timing transponder types that can cater for every event size and discipline are available:
- disposable transponders stuck to a number bib – best for high volume events or where bib return is not desirable
- re-usable transponders on velcro bands – for events with up to 1500 entrants

– Software used is RaceTec, a powerful program that can be configured to any race
– unlimited entrants, races, categories

– our import process uses entrant's date of birth to check your age category allocations. Avoids embarrassing mistakes with results
– real time finisher display on a tablet for your commentator showing overall and category position. Gives your event real professionalism and atmosphere

OUR SERVICE

– backup video camera can be replayed in real time. Creates times for finishers who lose their timing transponder, so no one is missed
– entirely self sufficient, operating out of a fully equipped van with own power etc. No need for a marquee or power to be supplied
– can quote on supplying all services or work with your volunteers for a cheaper option
– can accommodate race day entries
– uses sequential race numbers so easy pre-printing and no wastage
– timing transponders can be distributed on race day – saves cost of pre-event mailing
– real time results including category winners can be printed during the event
– detailed reports can be supplied including speed and pace fields
– complete results provided to you in excel format immediately after the race
– provisional results for all finishers can be printed and displayed at presentation
– low carbon footprint – reusable timing chips are cleaned and used again
– support extends to 3 days after your event to allow for corrections from finishers who entered the wrong category, etc etc
